HOW IT WORKS

If you decide to take a lesson or lessons, I will come and visit you and discuss what you
would like to learn, menus etc, this is a free service and of no cost to you and you are not committed in any way to book my services.
I estimate depending on what sort of dish you wish to cook that each lesson would take no longer than 2 hours,  but for a 3 course meal I would estimate around 3 hours again depending on the content of the menu.
